1If you have an account, this is faster

Sign in and go to your profile. You can download everything we hold as a file and delete your account outright, both immediately and without asking anyone. Use the form below only if you cannot sign in.

2If you only ever made an enquiry

Most of the people whose details we hold never made an account — they gave a name and a number to have someone call them back. Sections 11 to 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 apply to you exactly as they do to a member, so this form does the same job.

What do you want us to do?

Answered within 30 days; a complaint within 15.

We will ask you to confirm who you are before we act. That is not obstruction — handing somebody’s enquiry history to whoever types their phone number would be the breach this whole page exists to prevent.

3What happens next, and by when

  • A complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours and closed within 15 days.
  • Any other request is answered within 30 days.
  • You get a reference number, so you can chase it.
  • If we miss the deadline or the answer does not satisfy you, complain to the Data Protection Board of India. You must give us the first chance, but only the first.
